DESCRIPTION:European Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) would like to invite you to a civic space Xchange on an very interesting and innovative participation tool: the IDEEP Tool for Inclusive and Deliberative Elaboration & Evaluation of Policies. \nIDEEP has been created specifically for processes involving people in poverty; at the same time its methods and tools can be applied much more widely. This tool has been created based on practical experience\, in partnership between the UN Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights and the International Movement ATD Fourth World. \nIn the first part of the Xchange\, the UN Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty Olivier De Schutter and colleagues from ATD Fourth World will present the meaning\, essence and functioning of IDEEP.
