These guidelines bring together the knowledge and experience of those living in poverty and those victims of social exclusion. In addition, the guidelines include the planning and the implementation of practices.

Since the two experimental programmes on the merging of knowledge and practices (Fourth Word University and Fourth World Partnerships) ended in 2002, a group composed of leaders and participants, formerly part of the abovementioned programmes, meet up once every three months to promote the sharing of knowledge and ideas between those living in poverty, professionals and academics.

With the overall ethical objective of the merging of knowledge and experience with those living in poverty, the group devised guidelines which include planning and implementation of practices.

For details of the guidelines, see the attached file.
