Since its founding, ATD Fourth World has worked to build governance structures that will allow everyone to take an active role in the decision-making process. All our different members are invited to share their knowledge and experience. Our whole organization depends on the collaboration and dialogue between people of different social, cultural, and generational backgrounds.
